New AC/DC and Metallica Out

I see AC/DC is back from the woodshed with "Black Ice", and Metallica will be releasing "Death Magnetic" soon. Both have cuts available on YouTube and such. Anyone checking 'em out?

I played a few Metallica cuts, but not repeatedly and not all of the ones available. Seems they're listening to their fans and mostly making that kind of epic metal that only they do best. It has a real ...And Justice For All feel. (The send-up cut, "End Of The Line" is 8 minutes long, which is a VERY good sign!...) I don't think it's better than their past work (which is almost a flat UNFAIR comparrison to make of anyone, even themselves!...), but it IS the best thing I've heard out of them in over 10 years. My curiosity is at least piqued, here!...

I just played AC/DC's "Rock 'N Roll Train" off of Black Ice, and that's it. It was disappointing; It just sounds like "Satellite Blues" with a slight twist. I'll play more cuts later, maybe, but so far it's not lookin' good for me to say something nice about this effort. But, I'll hold off judgement a little longer, for now...
