How many bands/musicians out there are finding a need for a rehersal space outside of the home? How much would you be willing to spend per month to get this? What county are you located in & how far would you be willing to drive to get there? What kind of extra ammenities would you like to see in a place like this? And no, I do not have a place for rent...
