Coming from the small suburb of Detroit; Hazel Park, the band has a strong sense of anxiousness to get out of the town that has held them down for so long."Coming from a place where a lot of bands play, it's even harder to succeed at any mold we could try to fit into, so we tried playing different styles of music, until we said f*ck it, let's create something of our own." ; says lead singer/ guitarist, Lance Bucholtz."From a place where not too many families stay together, and where not too many people actually stick with one another we've always kind of been like a family." says drummer Darrin Matthews. No one band wants success more than Fate Filled Tears, who have struggled with legal trouble with names, shows to practically no one, and line up changes.
