Description: Muruga GVCB play a fusion of World, Funk, Jazz, and Electronica. Band leader Muruga Booker has been playing in the Detroit area since 1958 when he was the drummer of the Low Rocks. Since that time he has worked with George Clinton, Weather Report, Baba Olatunji, Jerry Garcia, and has worked on many of his own projects.
