The members of Free Beer are nothing if not realists and we know that we are entertaining and good for a laugh or 3 (sometimes at our OWN expense). We're just concerned that expectations might fly a little too high and you might start think that we're only slightly less talented than those hacks, The Beatles who didn't even place in the top three. It's not important that they're not from Detroit, or still even "band", I just liked the phrase "...those hacks The Beatles...". My point is; Be Realistic. If we were great, you'd hear about us playing the Fox theatre, not in your backyard! Free Beer has always exceeded expectations, but an accolade like this could lead you to expect more from us. And that would be bad.
