Approaching Autumn
Description: Approaching Autumn is a hardcore/alternative rock band from mid-Michigan that got it's start in 2008 by lead singer Joel Pratt, former drummer from With A Kiss. Joel looked to fellow musician and childhood friend Aaron Shults, (former guitarist for Cutie Said Shout, Not Doubt) to help him along with his new project. What began as a punk rock band slowly evolved into the hardcore genre with the various member changes, where Joshua "Shmop" Miller would ultimately fit that change on drums.

We started right off playing The Machine Shop in Flint, MI. and are now continuing on this dark road of what is our unique metal sound into other venues with hopes to spread our music around the nation.
