Garden of Souls
Description: Garden of Souls wants to help bring the art of music back . . .

GOS started as a concept to bring the idea of passion back into music without compromising the musical vision of the band. The vision was simple . . . to write good songs. Deep, meaningful, thoughtful lyrics and melodies over lush musical landscapes. The members of Garden of Souls have diverse musical backgrounds and tastes and they all find their way into the music, which is the main reason why every GOS song is unique in it's own right. The idea of having 'hooks' within the songs while still maintaining an artrock mentality on a musical level has been done before . . . and when it has been done the right way, it provides an overwhelming sense of timelessness. This is the goal of the band; to make thoughtful, passionate music that is as fresh and poignant now as it would have been 10 years ago or 10 years from now. The band plans on striving to achieve this goal for many years . . .

Penumbrae
Description: Formed in 2002, Penumbrae have built a collection of unique original songs ranging from folk to pop, rock to bluegrass. Influenced by the likes of Blind Melon, Tori Amos, Patty Larkin, REM, Ani DiFranco and many others, Penumbrae's niche relies on stellar songwriting, spectacular vocals and musicianship. In the short time they've been together, Penumbrae have performed at Xhedos Cafe in Ferndale, Karl's Cabin in Plymouth and Le Jive Music Cafe in Wyandotte to name a few. They are also regularly featured and have performed live on the Acoustic Alternatives show on WHFR 89.3FM in Dearborn.

Planet Zero
Description: Planet Zero was formed in the summer of 2005 from the ashes of several other West Michigan bands. With a mission to break the local stereotype of all rock bands being "mainstream” in order to appeal to radio stations, the band wanted to set themselves apart from the masses.

By blending guitar-driven songwriting with lyrical content inspired by the observations of an ordinary person, it appeals to both critics and the average rock fan. The music and live shows are a true testament to the hard work and creative bond these four friends from Grand Rapids have developed over years of playing together.

Since their former bands, Planet Zero have re-vamped and re-energized their sound to bring forth something fresh. With a soft, yet strong vocal presence; spirited guitar riffs; creative bass lines; and distinctive drumming, the band exibits a plethora of passion, creativity and musicianship.

With the Planet Zero era just beginning, there is plenty of energy and no end in sight...

Publik Parking
Description: Publik Parking is a 4-piece band female fronted band based in Flint, Michigan. They have been together collectively as a group since February 2004. Since that time they have recorded 4 CDs and a video/DVD. They also currently have radio play on two local stations and several online/podcast radio websites.

Their sound is so unique and has so many influences that it is hard to specify who they sound like. The massive amounts of creativity and respect for each other's visions is what keeps this band reaching every goal that they set for themselves. Plus, the energetic stage presence makes this band one that you will want to keep coming to see. Publik Parking is a band that is definitely going places.

They have opened for several national acts such as Smile Empty Soul, Buckcherry, Program The Dead, Bret Michaels of Poison, Jocaine, Bile, and Titan Moon just to name a few.
