jupo writes "The first installment of the MotorCity ProgShow series will take place on Friday, Sept 10th @ The Magic Bag in Ferndale. Featured acts at this event are
Tiles, Space Nelson, and Eyestrings. Doors at 8 p.m., Tickets $8, 18 and over welcome.
Tiles is signed to the InsideOut label, and their resume includes a past tour with
Dream Theater as the opening act. Space Nelson opened for Symphony X at the Shelter last December, and will be performing tracks from their CD "Evil Computer From the Future" as well as new songs from their upcoming release. Eyestrings is a new act out of Royal Oak, and will be performing material from their latest release "Burdened Hands".For more info:
