krez writes  This Saturday, March 27th, Oblivion will be headlining a benefit for WHFR FM 89.3, the radio station of Henry Ford Community College. The show will take place at The Bullfrog (Telegraph @ 5 Mile), and Super Model-T will also be playing as well as the band Hinged. This is also Oblivion's Detroit CD Release party for their new CD "The Garden in the Machine" released on Audiokio Productions . Click "Read More" below. The event is part of WHFR's "Radiothon" fund-raising week to keep local independent music alive on the radio. $2 of every Oblivion CD sold will go to benefit the station. The action starts at 10 PM, and 21 and over are welcome. Radio personnel will be on hand at the event, so this is a great chance for local bands to come on down and talk to the staff!
