| HUSH - Roses and Razorblades |

If I could wave a magic wand & put Hush in the position Eminem's in, I'd be the one to do it! After my 1st time hearing "Roses & Razorblades" from start to finish, I found myself scratching my head wondering why Hush isn't blowing up the charts & radio! IF I had millions I wouldn't hesitate investing every last penny on such a talented, "in-your-face" & most of all worthy artist & individual. M's set milestones by opening the door to Hip Hop/Rap, FINALLY paying no mind to one's skin color, & for that I thank him; however, I personally am tired of "reading the same old news"! It's time for someone else to walk through the door that's sitting there wide open.Hush has wasted no time laying tracks with lyrics that tell about his personal life, as well as the trials & tribulations he's faced, & continues to face, head on. I find myself throughout the day singing his stuff in my head & am now just waiting until Orlando FL's #1 station for Hip Hop/Rap (102JAMZ) catches on & I can rap along with Hush on the radio! (I'm still puzzled as to why I haven't been able to do this already!) So, if any of you manage to come across my "review", go check him out
at www.mchush.com & you can see for yourself exactly what I'm talking about! Make sure you sign up on his
message board & maybe you'll get some cool "swag"! & If you live in the D, don't stall & get movin' to one of Hush's upcoming kick-ass shows! I guarantee you'll be entertained from start to finish & will definitely want to go see him again!
"Editors" Note: I listened to the track, "Roses and
Razorblades" and the reviewer is right, this is topnotch and a radio ready
production. I'd recommend this CD as an addition to your indie collection
if only for this one song. Great job HUSH!

The cd release was an event I am proud of, but it's HUSH's time now and he deserves it. |
