party!
MichiganArtists.com hosts it's annual Christmas bash / indie artists appreciation
party on this Saturday the 21st at the Somkin'
Token Lounge. There will be lots of prizes and give aways as
well as live entertainment provided by Big
Daddy and the Groove Masters, Euphoric
Haze and Vanity Supercharger.
Mary, the owner of MA knows how to throw a party, she is also very supportive
of indie music. Besides being fun, this is an excellent opportunity to hob
knob with other indie musicians. There is a $5 dollar cover at the door,
but that is going to a good
cause. Michigan Artists will be helping a family with all
of the proceeds from the door in memory of Christopher Horton. Mary
intends to make this an annual commitment. This years year's recipient is
a single mother of three children.
This event never fails to have a good turn out. Plan on getting there
early.
The party starts at 8PM, The Token is located just east of Middlebelt Rd on
Joy in Westland.
