Badynee Invited To Make Elevator Pitch On MSNBC

According to a recent dispatch from Bogdon Box Bass creator Chris Badynee, he's been invited to appear on MSNBC's popular business feature "Elevator Pitch", a segment where fledgling entreprenuers pitch their ideas to CEO's in a mock elevator on national television to acquire much-need capital. Badynee, a Westland native, will be begging the bankers for a cool quarter-million to take his creation to the next level and, hopefully, put one in every music-lover's stocking this Christmas (ed: probably couldn't have picked a better economic climate to promote cardboard instruments!). Alternative Press Magazine's will reportedly be touting the box bass as this season's must-have, so that should help his cause. Other recent high-profile supporters among the DIY music crowd are Bass Player Magazine and the 2008 Summer NAMM where his creation was included among a select few as Best In Show. - mitch
