This is a very interesting and insightful article.

I wonder what effect this will have on radio play? For years the major lables have dominated radio. It is almost impossible for and indie artist to get a song played in regular rotation on any station.

Will the major lable machine break down? If it did, would radio stations be forced to seek "free" music from MySpace and other sources? They certainly depend on music to sell their real product which is advertising spots.
