 American Man Available at Wal•Mart
shotgunbolton writes " MRC Records and Terry Lee Bolton announced that they have joined forces with Walmart to bring Terry Lee Bolton’s new Cd "American Man" to the Walmart stores. In the midst of gearing up for a show to entertain and send off two hundred military troops to Iraq, teaming up with Wal*Mart could not have come at a more perfect time. "American Man" is set to be officially released in June, with a tentative street date of July 4th, 2006.
CLick "read more" below.

Terry Lee Bolton moved to Nashville from Detroit in 1999 and began playing shows all over town with some of the hottest local musicians he could find. His first release, "No Water Required", faired well in Canada and the Midwest but fell short of what Terry thought he could really do. So on a vacation to Nashville Terry and his wife Malanna Monroe (also a singer/songwriter) payed a visit to Music Row where they we're openly invited to nine record companies in one day to have a listen to his music. They we're told to keep moving forward and even received calls back from Warner Reprise and Capital Nashville.

For the next 2 1/2 Years Terry, Malanna and their Lab puppy "Baby" would drive down to Nashville the 4th week of every month on a Thursday to rehearse, play a show on Friday and Saturday and return home to Detroit on Sunday and back to their regular jobs on Monday. Soon after, Terry and Malanna moved to Nashville to record Terry's next CD "Don't Let The Hat Fool Ya!" which was a mixture of Detroit Rock and Soul and Southern Rock with a pinch of Country thrown in for good measure.

Now with the release of "American Man" Terry has moved his career in the direction the Music Row moguls suggested - straight forward without looking back. The big production songs like "Somewhere In Memphis", "Big Ole Train", and "Hey Baby" rock the soul while, ironically, "I Believe In God", pumps out some punk rock. "I Don't Wanna Loose Ya Baby" is flavored with just a country fiddle while "The Memory Remains the Same" flourishes with a full orchestration. "Slide" explores what a guitar can do all on its own.

Terry's Cd "American Man" can be purchased at www.walmart.com and at Wal*Mart locations here in Tennessee and Kentucky. For more information go to www.terryleebolton.com.
