 Kaz Mamon, who sponsors the Mamon Ride and Jam Camp in '02 among many other charities for needy children is calling for YOUR participatioin in an upcoming event at Gameworks to benefit The Whaley Children's Center. Please take time to read Kaz's letter below.
Greetings to all,
Well it's getting to be that time of year, when we Celebrate the Birth of Christ, and give gifts to those we care about.
Last year, many of you came together, and bought Tennis Shoes and Socks for the kids at Whaley Children's Center.
I must say, it was heart warming when we delivered the NEW SHOES - something so simple, yet so appreciated.
Well this year, I'd like to make that GIFT even more GREATFUL, but with a small TWIST....
I would like to ask YOU to JOIN US, at GAME WORKS of AUBURN HILLS, GREAT LAKES CROSSING MALL on Sunday December 18, 2005 from 11:00 AM till 2:00 PM. ( You can coordinate a day of shopping around the few hours spent with the kids, shopping at the mall afterwards. )
We'd like to ask that YOU ATTEND and PERSONALLY give not only your GIFT directly to the child you SPONSOR, but to spend a few short hours, giving them a Day to Remember..."Yeah some ONE on ONE TIME." 50 Children/50 people to play games and have fun together.
I am arranging for us to have lunch together, then open gifts, then spend an hour playing games with the kids.
In the past, you've opened your wallets, and I THANK YOU..now let's give them a few hours of our time...
Let's show the kids that we are all just kids.........just with bigger toys...

Even if you want to help, but can't make the day, maybe ask someone to come in your place( the 50/50 ratio)..show the kids....we CARE......
Simply RSVP. You'll be assigned a child, given a shoe size and their name, then all you will have to do is wrap their gift and attend. Can it be any easier than that ? I will take care of the rest.
PLEASE - you've supported the children in the past. What better time than to do it for CHRISTMAS?
