Mitch writes  Rising from the well-trodden ashes of 83rd Dream, drummer Jimmy Irimescu and his extremely devoted and driven manager/wife, Rachel (a.k.a. Detroit Cat), have joined forces with vocalist Anne Raona, bassist Troy Barth and guitarist David Hopkins to forge Liquid Motor Commission, and forge ahead with another no-nonsense rock band of true believers.
