Core Effect's highly anticipated debut CD titled "Closer" has been released. The Detroit based band's unique musical style is best described as Modern Heavy, Hook driven rock with an experimental edge. "Closer" features 8-songs that incorporate a variety of musical styles from the straight up in your face Heavy rock of "Take" and "Saint", experimental grooves of "Closer" and "Knowledge" to the radio friendly ballads of "Tide" and "Fragmented".
