blindshame2003 writes "With a New Year underway and new events unfolding, a new chapter begins for the band. Blind Shame has parted ways with long-time drummer Barb Teeter. Barb will always be part of our family; but sometimes family must part ways as they travel their own paths in life. We wish Barb the best in everything. She may no longer be a part of the band, but she will always be a friend, and a sister to us.
The band would like to introduce our good friend Dan Chapa, who will be filling in on drums for the time being. Dan is a seasoned player, and will bring a new element to our songs. We are taking our time finding a new drummer, so he is helping us out for awhile, as we begin our search. Be sure to stop by, and say hello to Dan at the next few shows we have coming up. He makes his debut with us this Saturday night, at Rick’s in E. Lansing, MI. We return for our hometown show, at The Magic Bag in Ferndale on Saturday March 12.Anyone interested in trying out, be sure to drop us a line at blindshame@yahoo.com
