 Sea Sky Walking Studio Project...
seaskywalking writes His music spans a wide emotional spectrum, from melancholia and glances at tragedy to spiritual abstractions and avant-garde soundfields to the compulsively melodic and euphorically freaky.
"The music I make is the product of friction and synergy between different people, different ideas and different art forms," he says.

May 5th Live @ the Double OO Pub
sonicdisturbance writes Sonic Disturbance -Live EDM from Southfield
Dr Futurity – Live Detroit-Berlin Analog Electronics From Lansing.

Dr. Futurity, a live act focusing on Detroit-Style beats and Psy-Ambient sounds returns to Metro Detroit for their first area appearance since the 2004 Movement festival. They will bring their usual array of analog beat boxes and synths and have created several new pieces just for this show.

The duo has been performing live to enthusiastic audiences in the Upper-Midwest since 2002 and entertaining audiences with their danceable and listenable sounds, combined with their entertaining visual soloing style. The live act is a combination of electronic music history and forward looking trends with the synth stylings of Mark Morton, the oldest member of the duo, and new Detroit style techno beats from Brandon Rogers the young electronic percussionist.

Beats, pads and solos are created live before the very eyes of the audience and this performance has been designated" laptop-free". Always an interesting visual treat for the gear enthusiasts among us, plan on seeing moog and jomox synths, 808s and 909s and a few surprises. See you there!
