 Dust_Head Invades Detroit!
sonicdisturbance writes DUST_HEAD is the brainchild of Cleveland electronic musician and audio engineer/producer Shawn Holt. DUST_HEAD began in the spring of 2000.

DUST_HEAD’s sound can best be described as “Electro / Industrial”. Taking the hard driving beats of 80’s and 90’s industrial and mixing it with the feel of modern EBM, Industrial, and Electro.

 Bass Player Needed
paxtonhood writes Bass player needed for a heavy metal band. Looking for someone in mid 20s to mid 30s. Must have good equipment and cool attitude.
We play originals but also mess around with covers. We are a full band now (our bass player is really a rhythm guitar player) and are looking for a real bass player. We want to be a 5 piece band instead of a 4 piece band.

If interested e-mail me @ jpsharpjr@sbcglobal.net

Catalog Only is Off and Running!
thundermoon writes After performing an energetic set in front of an electrified Alvin's crowd on January 8th, Catalog Only has successfully advanced to the Regional Semi-Finals of the Emergenza Festival. The Magic Stick will be the site of the next round and is one of only 17 venues in the U.S. hosting Regional Semi-Final Rounds. The Semi-Finals will be held April 21st - May 1st, and C.O. will raze the stage April 21st at 9:30.

"We would like to thank everyone who attended the show, and their incredible support has helped put us one step closer to our goal," Catalog Only said. "We could really feel the energy of the crowd when we took the stage, and it fired us up. We fed off of their emotion, and it was awesome to be able match their intensity with our set."

 The Future of Cursed Eternity
XevKai writes This is a message posted on the Cursed Eternity website by guitarist/vocalist Joe Grode:

"Hails to all.

Cursed Eternity Cursed Eternity has been a part of my life in most ways since about 1993 or 94, when Alan Budlong and I started this. We have been through so many musicians through out the past 10 years or so, it's very hard to remember everyone who has played a part with this band. Everything I've done with my life through out my remaining years in school, and beyond has always revolved around this band. We've busted our asses to keep things going, gone through just about every genre of metal, made 120 mile round trips to rehearsals, played shitty clubs to very little people, made enemies, made friends...

Which is why it's so hard to have to tell everyone that the band is on indefinite hold.

 Downplay seeks singer/player
HardAcher writes Downplay, a Shelby Township based band seeks 2-3 new members. Singer/player (or a singer and a player, keys or guitar) and a drummer. WE have gigs booked and will only consider experienced people on our team. Or genre would be considered versatile, but rock based.

If you are experienced, this means you know what it takes for a band to be great...You're not a whiner, you're not a drunk and you have no substance abuse issues. Tell us what YOU can bring to the table, in the way of your positive attitude, can do spirit and never quit mindset. That's what we want to hear FROM YOU MOST... Anyone's who ever "made it" has these attributes.
