 Liz Larin Releases WAKE UP, START DREAMING
Multiple award-winning songwriter and performer Liz Larin has pre-released signed copies of her latest CD, "Wake Up, Start Dreaming" to fans on her current e-mail list (unsigned copies available on her website). It's her third solo effort on her own Bona Dea Musi label since returning to Michigan in 2002.  Kids On Stage For A Better World Perform Robb Roy Song
Back in April, Graham Strachan of Robb Roy received a letter from Laurie Bartilson, Director of Kids on Stage for a Better World, a song and dance troupe in L.A. who perform socially conscious material. She wanted to know if her troupe could perform the Robb Roy song, "Vitamin R", a song about the dangers of drug Ritalin, and if so, could the band provide them with the musical tracks sans vocals?  Webmaster Rick to MC Katrina Relief Benefit
Just a reminder that I will MC the Hurricane Katrina relief show at the Bullfrog in Redford this Saturday the 8th of October. Proceeds will go to the American Red Cross.

 Loveless Declares End to Jam Rag, Re-discovers Music
In an e-mail newsletter dated Oct. 2, 2005, Stephanie Angeline Loveless (formerly Tom Ness) called it quits as editor and publisher of Jam Rag Magazine, a local music periodical produced in Ferndale, Mi.
"... Jam Rag is finished," Loveless declared. "At least for Sue and me. After 20 years, we will do one last edition, and that is it."
