Mitch writes "Torque, that beast of a wrench-head I work with, was just telling me yesterday that out of his original circle of yoopers, he's the only one who still listens to rock and roll. The rest of the wild bunch listen almost exclusively to country music now. He qualified that confession by calling it "country rock", the way southerners qualify all flavors of soda with "Coke"; cherry coke,
orange coke, lemon coke, etc... Click "Read More" below."

| Hush "Bulletproof" on Geffen |
|
Mitch writes " Most of us here on MB knew that local hip-hop artist HUSH got signed to Geffen Records last year, but now his major label debut, "Bulletproof" will be officially released on May 17th, 2005. The recording will feature tracks with
Eminem, D12, Nate Dogg & Talib KWFLI. 9,000,000 American t.v. viewers have already been getting a taste of HUSH (whether they knew it or not) as the bumper music on NBC's reality boxing show "The Contender". That's the beauty of having a major player in your corner - it's all about product placement baby.
Check Him Out before the HUSH becomes the hype."
