| Flint's 24th Annual Whaley Children's Jam |

 The
24th Annual Whaley Children's Jam will be held at The New Jesters Lounge in
Flint this Friday and Saturday Dec 2nd and 3rd. The event is a fundraiser for The
Whaley Children's Center. The show will feature 18 bands over two days. This
is a great chance to check out some of the bands from Flint and help out a good
cause in the process. Admission is just $5.00 or a toy of equal or greater
value. The show starts at 6 PM on Friday and 4 PM on Saturday.

Five local bands will rock the halls in coordination with the Holiday Hope Team, FiveCap, WMTE, the Manistee Chamber of Commerce, the Civic Club, and others. This all-ages benefit will take place on Saturday, November 5th at The Masonic Temple and will run from noon to 1 a.m. Ten bands will appear including Tripper, Radiocraft, Zug Island and Hush.
