Static Presents: Stirling's Birthday Bash

Where else can you find some of Detroit’s best bands getting together to celebrate a local music icon's birthday?. This year promises an entire weekend of fine musical performances.
The party will start on Friday, Dec. 15 at 10pm at 313.jac/Jacoby’s , the intimate live music venue where Stirling and co-host Sue Static have been presenting local entertainment for the past 9 years. Fourth Annual Jingle Bell Jam December 2nd

Strap on your dancing shoes for the Fourth Annual Jingle Bell Jam, December 2rd, at the Civic Club on 9th St. in Manistee. Doors open at 6 and the live entertainment starts at 7:00. Four local bands will rock the halls in coordination with the Holiday Hope Team, FiveCap, WMTE, the Manistee Chamber of Commerce, the Civic Club, and others. All proceeds from the concert will benefit the Toys for Tots / Gifts for Teens program in Manistee County. Admission to the concert is one new, unwrapped toy or cash donation. All ages are welcome. There will be a cash bar for the over-21 guests. Last year’s event drew great crowds and collected over 300 toys, and over $500 in cash donations! Click "read more" below for details on the line-up.

Well, I'm back at it again - pushing the envelope with two new records due out in October that I'm calling Good And Evil.
The first is titled "Acoustic Uncut Vol. 1" which features acoustic guitar melodies for your relaxation. The second is titled "Dollar Store Squirt Gun". It's more of an upbeat, punch-you-in-the-face, electronica record showcasing experimental grooves and ambience.

MRC Records and Terry Lee Bolton announced that they have joined forces with Walmart to bring Terry Lee Bolton’s new Cd "American Man" to the Walmart stores. In the midst of gearing up for a show to entertain and send off two hundred military troops to Iraq, teaming up with Wal*Mart could not have come at a more perfect time.
