| FLEDfive signs with Halo guitars |

fledfive writes 16 July 2005--FLEDfive, Michigan's own answer to Breaking Benjamin and Crossfade, has inked an endorsement deal with Halo Guitars, "a company built by musicians who know what it takes to make a great instrument," from Cupertino, Ca. They also currently endorse GHS strings, Randall amplifiers and Offset clothing.
"We are honored to be affiliated with a company like Halo," said FLEDfive guitarist Dan Banker.

| Detroit News' to host ''Sonic Summer'' B.O.B |

The Detroit News will be hosting a battle of the bands in August entitled "Sonic Summer - A Battle of The Bands." Semi-finalist showcases will be held at The Magick Stick in Detroit on August 12th, at Clutch Cargos in Pontiac on August 19th, and at The Magic Bag in Ferndale on August 25th. All entrants must be 18 yrs or older and should only enter if all participants will be available to perform on one of the above semifinalist dates. Semi-finalists must be available to perform at Pontiac's Arts, Beats & Eats festival on Labor Day weekend. Deadline for entries is Thursday, July 22nd, 2005.
