Where else can you find some of Detroit’s best bands getting together to celebrate a local music icon's birthday?. This year promises an entire weekend of fine musical performances.
Strap on your dancing shoes for the Fourth Annual Jingle Bell Jam, December 2rd, at the Civic Club on 9th St. in Manistee. Doors open at 6 and the live entertainment starts at 7:00. Four local bands will rock the halls in coordination with the Holiday Hope Team, FiveCap, WMTE, the Manistee Chamber of Commerce, the Civic Club, and others. All proceeds from the concert will benefit the Toys for Tots / Gifts for Teens program in Manistee County. Admission to the concert is one new, unwrapped toy or cash donation. All ages are welcome. GRAND RAPIDS, MI--FLEDfive has once again been selected to appear on this year's WGRD Bootleg CD, whose net profits will benefit Gilda's Club of Grand Rapids. The track, "Good Man Gone Bad," is the latest single from FLEDfive's fourth and most recent CD, which is self-titled.
Fatty Haze in conjunction with Mason County FiveCAP, inc. is holding the second annual "Rock For Warmth" benefit Sunday November 26th at Johnny's Big Room in Custer Michigan from 2pm until 6pm. All money raised will go to assist Mason County residents with emergency heating assistance. All funds will stay in Mason County. This is an "all ages event" so kids are welcome! We will have a special guest, door prizes, live music and lots of fun!

Detroit - Electro fetish rockers Crud host their second annual Cruddy Xmas on Saturday Nov. 25, 2006 at the Magic Stick in Detroit. Jump start your holiday with hot live rock by Crud, The Ruiners, Broadzilla, Dutch Pink and The Dragstrippers. Throughout the night, sexy sirens Hells Bells and Spag will perform holiday burlesque. Cruddy Xmas will also include a special appearance by Satan Claus aka poet/wordsmith Jimmy Doom - who will be on hand to reward the naughty AND nice with an array of "Cruddy gifts." In addition, Rock and Rummage and other hip vendors will offer plenty of holiday shopping opportunities inside the Magic Stick.
