Don't Miss Robb Roy tonight @ Frogapalooza
Don't miss a rare performance by Robb Roy at The Bullfrog tonight for the kick-off to Frogapalooza. If all goes as planned, they'll be taking to the stage around nine-ish tonight (Friday, March 12th). The Dearborn-based quartet doesn't make it to Redford very often so this should be a special treat for everyone from the area. Click "Read More" for links to past MB articles and reviews of this amazing band.

It's Not Too Late: Join The Cobalt Party Revolution
The Cobalt Party Revolution has a killer deal for you: seventeen tracks of "Slave to The Groove" for only $5.99. The Fair Haven, MI based hip-hop-garage band re-mixed and re-released their celebrated debut in 2003 while they busy themselves recording their follow-up due later this year. CPR mixes elements of old-school hip-hop with lo-fi garage rock (think del la soul meets The Beastie Boys) with an emphasis on humor and having fun that makes their beats approachable to music fans of every genre. Throw in some new-school sampling techniques, unorthodox instrumentation like a "See & Say" and even a zipper and you have the perfect party companion for Spring Break '04.  Forsaken finds 2nd guitarist
forsaken writes Forsaken has finally found a 2nd guitarist, Lance (seen on left) has joined the band and now we are back at full force. We are working on new material and Lance is putting in his 2 cents on everything, adding even more to the band. With over 27 songs + the new ones, we are going to get back to recording, but still maintain playing shows. You can see us with lance at Harpo's march 5 or at the token lounge march 19. See you out there.
