| MHS Spookfest - Looking For Bands, Musicians, Performers |
|
I would like to invite you to submit a demo package and booking bid, to perform at the
Michigan Humane Society Spookfest this year. It will be in Waterford, Michigan, and run October
15-31st. We expect an overall attendance of 10,000. Deadline for both is September 15th.
Keep in mind, that we have a minimal budget and this is a charity event
for the Michigan Humane Society, and other organizations. We currently
have very little funds, however we are expecting a stage sponsor to sign
on any day, which would allow for a better budget for entertainment. All
acts will be welcome to accept tips, as well as sell any merchandise or
promotional items you want. (If they are family acceptable that is.) Also, please be sure to indicate which dates would be best to book you, between the 15th and 31st.

| OverExertion Releases Self-Titled Debut |
|
overexertion writes OverExertion ... Can you Handle The Truth?
Controversial ... Raw .... Spiritual ... METAL Album Release.
OverExertion is now available to hardcore metal listeners everywhere at www.overexertionmetal.com. OverExertion celebrated
their release by winning the Battle Of The Bands at Harpo's Concert Theatre in Detroit, MI.
After opening for Gwar in 2002, OverExertion hit the studio to record their debut album, then produced the music video "Convert." The music covers issues that affect your life including anti-terrorist politics (“Corporate Fucs” and “Militant“) and spiritual desperation (“Self Righteous” and “Downside“). OverExertion was nearly defeated when Jamie Guarino almost died of blood loss after being stabbed during a fight. He recovered and OverExertion continues to take metal to the next level combining such influences as
Slipknot, Rage Against The Machine, Pantera, and Soulfly.

QUESTIONS, THE JOLLYS, BUMP N UGLIES, EVEN THE ODD, THE
