Honestly....it never OCCURED to me to consider wherther or not anyone would hold membership or not! I have been around, as you, for quite a few years & have played some 'hole-in-the-wall' places as well as some of the areas finest...it isn't WRONG for me to be equally as anxious to share the 'good' gigs as the 'average' gigs, is it? I AM a supporter of local independent music....that's why the majority of my postings are on behalf of the KLAVER PROJECT.....MY favorite local-original group! If it offends you so to know that 'someone' is performing for the 'wealthy' & the 'elite', you should have said, "Only post the gigs that take place in 'such & such' type of venues!"....I AM a registered user & I DO play occassionally in places that the 'average' band might not....I think all of your DEEPER ISSUES have been spilling into this conversation....in which you certainly HAVE 'engaged' me! The 'Last Word' should have been the PRIVATE email you sent me! But as long as YOU continue to 'egage' me in 'rebuttle', I have to warn you, I TOO will most likely have MORE to say about it! Now that we both know where the other 'stands', I don't mind a BIT if we 'drop' this one! I'll just keep my good news to myself next time rather than 'upset your apple-cart' again!
