What I am saying is that what they have online is merely a sample of their music. Also, think of it this way, have you ever bought a CD, listened to it and loved it, then went and saw the band live, and ended up being disappointed because they either sounded exactly the same as the CD, or just flat out sucked? When I see a band live, I like to see them perform songs that are not on that CD, and maybe tweak what is on the CD, when they play it live. That shows me two things about a band: 1) they always feel like they can improve and are working to do so, and 2) they have a desire to entertain you with new and/or experimental material. And that is Catalog Only. So, don't get me wrong, if you've heard their studio EP, you will see they most definitely are "studio grade." |
