Re: Join Detroit's Most Innovative Band On Their Jouney to Germany (Score: 1) by thundermoon on Monday, January 03, 2005 @ 10:50:12 MST (User Info | Send a Message) | | Catalog Only is anything but egomaniacs! If you would take the time to LISTEN to the songs you will see that. The word innovative means nothing other than new and original. It is correct that we are new and EVERY musician feels their music is original, right? You guys obviously don't like to get your music out there! Everybody has a different approach to music. Why must confidence must be mistaken for egotism? I devote a lot of time and a lot of energy to the band and I want to make a career out of it. I don't see the problem in that. In order for me to do so I need Catalog Only to get recognized and backed financially. If that's not for you than it's not for you. If any of you have better ideas on how to go about it then I'm all ears but if you know nothing about this sort of thing then please don't waste my time. It's always been my philosophy that the real egomaniacs are the ones who seek out bands to knock for petty reasons. |
