After a grueling year of recording ups and downs, VFR has put the finishing touches on the Volume One CD and it is available to the masses at the very low price of ... free. The guys have also posted the 7 song CD in Mp3 format on the website. The next step in the journey is playing out. If there is a venue that is there, they will play.
