Hey kids i'm back. Hope everyone is doin' good.Well another week has passed in the 'D'.and little by little the local scene is picking up steam. I have alot to cover so strap yourself in (or on,whatever gets your juices flowing).
I'd like to start out by giving a shout out to Wally and the boy's from 'Last'. Had a great time at the Hayloft. Also hung out with Mike & Brian from'Critical Bill'. Lots of cool stuff happening with those guys. Also thanks to Koyl & Personal Vandalism for letting me mix their sets @ the Emerald on oct.9. Def Go Blind is also really starting to make waves. Need to mention a couple of shows comin' up. This thursday the 16th i'll be @ Hotrocks with Liquid Reality & others,hope to see ya there. From there i'll hit the Emerald for Freq. 54.
Also i found out thru one of my many inside sources that Chad smith, drummer from The Chili Peppers is reuniting Toby Redd and playing @ Hotrocks (used to be called newyork newyork back in the day). Its was announced today on the WRIF but i found out a couple of days ago. Mike from Critical Bill is my witness. Now Hotrocks is starting WRIF nites on sunday nites w/ local bands.they are kicking it off this week w/ Spider in a Jar,great band by the way.(even though they haven't called me to do a show in a long time). Anyway the Toby Redd show is sunday nov. 30.
My next big show is a hall party w/ Last & Koyl

Now for the dish- Mark my words, there's going to be alot of changes in the local music venue scene. A ll i can say rite now is that there's going to be a changing of the guard @ one of the local rock
clubs. You'll have to tune in next time and see what's up.
