Back in May, Tangerine Trousers received a request for copies of thier CD's from Serge Tikhanoff on Radio Penguin in Siberia, Russia. After learning of the popularity of the station in the region, the group sent the CD's off to the former Soviet Union...Two weeks ago, the group received this email from Siberia:
