Eddie Leighton (of the Eddie Leighton Project) has posted a new video you'll want to check out, particularly if you've suffered any of the ill effects of the Michigan economy as of late. "I'm Broke Up" finds Eddie in unfamiliar waters, struggling to find a job or economic opportunity of any kind. "I've been up and down / I've been all over town / through thick and thin / and no one will help me out / I'm not used to this abuse / because I've never been here before...". He does his best to stay optimistic, and patriotic (even stating the Pledge Of Allegiance) but pulls no punches in laying the blame at the feet of the fat cats who sold us out.
