We are deliriously happy to report that Chris Badynee's Bogdon Box Bass was featured as Best In Show at the Summer NAMM 2008 in Nashville, TN! Born from the frustration of never having enough cash lying around to buy his own double-bass, Badynee created his own functional bass out of a cardboard box, a piece of wood trim, some weed-whipping twine, a few screws and some glue. Next he uploaded a video of himself playing his creation on YouTube and the video went viral. Local and major media latched on and the rest is history. We'd like to send a hearty !!!!!!!!!!!!!!CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! out to Chris and we wish him all the success in the world.
