Chris Badynee's Bogdon Box Bass has made the news again, this time right here at home in The Freep. The local musician/inventor has been peddling his wares in every available media outlet, including Bass Player Magazine, Good Morning America, on the Dwight Yokum tour with Jake Willemain, at the N.A.M.M. show out west and soon at the N.A.M.M show down in Nashville. According to The Freep he's already unloaded 500 of the cardboard contraptions at $99 bucks a pop via mail-order and more are selling all the time. Not a bad segue from his life as a sideman for The Purple Gang, The Cadillac Kidz, Pas/Cal, Skeleton Crew, Laffing Gas and many others. Click "read more" below for links to the article.
