FLEDfive celebrated the release of their new self-titled CD April 21 with a show at the Orbit Room in Grand Rapids. Over 600 fans came to see them, along with openers Pop Evil, Creepermode, and Superman Package. Footage from the show is to be used in a video for the band's current single, "Can't Figure Out" and a future DVD release is in the works as well. FLEDfive's plans for the future are similar to the past; play lots of shows, meet lots of fans, and hit them over the head with the "velvety sledgehammer" that is their sound. Major upcoming shows include the Grand Rapids Festival of the Arts on June 3rd and Muskegon Summer Celebration July 3rd.
