October 9, 2005- Ann Arbor, MI based Alt./rock band Almost Famous (www.almostfamous.net) has parted ways after 6 years of rocking. The band has split on good terms and all members will remain in touch. We would like to sincerely thank all of our friends, fans, the bands we've played with, and families that have supported us these past 6 years as we have been on the quest to enlighten the world with the gift of music. Click "read more" below.

Band members will continue to work on other projects. Singer/guitarist Ben D. will be taking personal time to work on a law degree, Drummer Mark Rzeszutek is also pursuing a degree in school, and bassist Charlie Naebeck will continue on a musical quest with his label Ntertainment Group to churn out new records and pursue other instruments.

Please check out www.ntertainmentgroup.com for the latest projects. As a token of our appreciation we have posted the final two studio tracks from the band online for download at: www.charlienaebeck.com in the music section titled "Complete" and "Ransom" which the band completed at Solid Sound in 2004. Thank you for your support!
