Detroit’s top folk artist, Audra Kubat will perform a FREE concert on Friday, August 12 at 8:30 to 10pm at Campus Martius Park as part of the Ford Motor Company’s concert series. Located at the heart of Detroit on Woodward Avenue and Monroe across from the Compuware headquarters, Campus Martius Park has hosted some of Detroit’s most popular acts this summer. This will be Audra’s third concert this year after returning to Detroit. She recently performed at Tastefest and at her CD release party for “Since I Fell In Love With The Music” on Times Beach Records. Audra will be playing songs off this new album as well as previewing new material.

Catch a glimpse of her performing on the afternoon news (12 noon till 1pm) on Channel 4 on Friday, August 12th as well.

Audra will be heading out on a brief tour of the U.P., the northern Midwest region all the way to the Canadian Rockies and back down to the Northwest states this summer. She’ll be returning home to perform at the Dally in The Alley festival on Saturday, Sept. 10th on the Garden Stage.
