DUST_HEAD is the brainchild of Cleveland electronic musician and audio engineer/producer Shawn Holt. DUST_HEAD began in the spring of 2000.

DUST_HEAD’s sound can best be described as “Electro / Industrial”. Taking the hard driving beats of 80’s and 90’s industrial and mixing it with the feel of modern EBM, Industrial, and Electro.

Call them what you will, distorted vocals, hard pounding techno beats, distorted bass lines and power driven drums lines, to soft lush pads and strange tweaked out noise are the formula to DUST_HEAD’s almost bipolar behavior in music, at times they can be aggressive and noisy to soft and forgiving.
