Cursed Eternity is looking for a talented drummer, with the drive to take it to the next level. Cursed Eternity is Michigan's Premier Heavy Metal Act, and have opened for bands such as: In Flames, Neurotica, Neurosis, Amorphis, Nevermore, and more. They have recently released their first self titled EP, and is doing well. Though plagued with constant lineup changes wince the release, they haven't been able to push the CD as hard as they could. "I enjoyed these tracks. The musicianship is definitely there and it shows with how tight and consistent the recording is. These songs bring me back to a refreshing era with similarities to In Flames and Metallica (old). Here's my no bullshit random opinions:  I prefer the harsh vocals over the melodic ones. I love the guitar/drum work. A second guitarist would be a wise decision. The keyboard/piano is done well and very tasteful."

They are looking for someone who:

- Has a firm grasp on double bass technique (unless your Nicko McBrain, you're gonna need double bass!)

- Professional style gear. You don't have to have the latest million dollar drum kit, but you should have something that will sound good in the studio, and will hold up to constant gigging.

- Able to rehearse twice a week.

- Drive: This band has just begun, though it's still going to take some effort to become established.

- A love for all types of metal. We don't like to stick to certain genres, we will experiment with other styles when writing.

- Preferably, your own transportation for the Kit. At least your own transportation for yourself!
