Modern Rock band BLIND SHAME will be showcasing at the Midwest Entertainment Conference (MEIC) & Showcase in Lexington, Kentucky on Friday November 5th. The band will be attending the event from November 4th-7th by attending various seminars, workshops, and networking with key industry people. “We learned a lot from attending the College Music Journal (CMJ) Showcase in New York City last year, we feel we will be more prepared with our new CD in hand that we are currently shopping” said guitarist Jay Arnold. “By having the entire band at this showcase, we are able to cover even more ground this time, and make even more contacts” said Bassist Joe Skowronek.

Blind Shame has been doing a lot of radio promotion by recently appearing on 89.3 WHFR FM “The Lounge Act” at Henry Ford Community College in Dearborn, as well as 94.5 FM Modern Rock The Zone in Traverse City. They are also getting heavy play on College Radio in Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, and Kentucky.

CD Sales have continued to be strong, with additional sales in Northern Michigan, Illinois, and Canada. The band’s CD is available in most Independent Record stores in the Detroit area, as well as the web. Check out their web page for more details at www.blindshame.com
