Detroit Bass Fest is an upcoming concert featuring 7 internationally known bassists, including special guest performer Matthew Garrison. The concert will be held at The Tenny Street Roadhouse in Dearborn, Mi. on Sunday, October 24, 2004. Doors open at 5 p.m., and all ages are welcome. Performers will be: Jon Reshard, Michael Dimin, Jauqo III X featuring India Omega Dawn on vocals, Steve Lawson, Norm Stockton, Freekbass, and special guest performer Matthew Garrison. There will also be many raffle/giveaway items, including a 5 day paid scholarship to the Bass Collective in New York City, an Aguilar OBP3-TK onboard pre-amp, an Ashdown Perfect 10 Combo amp, strings, t-shirts, and more.
