Back in May, Tangerine Trousers received a request for copies of thier CD's from Serge Tikhanoff on Radio Penguin in Siberia, Russia. After learning of the popularity of the station in the region, the group sent the CD's off to the former Soviet Union...
Two weeks ago, the group received this email from Siberia:
"We received Far Above Rubies and Dressed for Success: We were glad and proud discover for us and for our audience highest culture and mastery of Tangerine Trousers, touch such sincere, such clean and clear creation! Please hand our best wishes to the band. Thanks You for joy and bright holiday of dealings with Your wonderful music!"

Tangerine Trousers have a CD Release party for their new CD, Dressed for Success, is Sunday, July 20 at Memphis Smoke in Royal Oak at 8:30pm (no cover, no opener!).
