 The Weight Cd Release
Sgtpepper64 writes The first CD by Michigan band, The Weight is available now on Fools Gold Records. A flashback to good Rock and Roll, "The Weight" is sure to please any rock fan. Avilable now at www.theweight.com

Note: Obviously a band of few words. The link they submitted to this site states; "The Weight was formed in an effort to keep the original spirit of Rock and Roll alive."  They certainly have the look, the video is cool; now all we have to do it hear them. How about some audio samples from the CD guys...

Das' just raw. I'm throwin down a 4 out of 5 scale. VERY interesting. I don't know so much as to say if they'd be anything in the industry, but delightful,--entertaining, from what I saw. At first I kind of pinched up on the right side of my face for a second (mostly because of the ambient mic live recordings). Your band is "true", and that's what makes it very cool. I would (if I were you), put up samples of the songs, if you have a CD of orig. songs. Just the covers I heard. Is cool very cool. Sounds like it could tighten up a bit, no matter. I like the video because it was like a window in the house, of being in a cool band. That's kick. rock on. Those keys are cool, hamond style.
