 The WDET Spring Fundraiser Showcases will take place on Friday, March 23 and Saturday, March 24 at the local music venue, 313.jac- upstairs at Jacoby’s. Featured will be bands and solo performers that reflect the various eclectic styles of music often heard on the WDET's unique programming. Performing bands will also be featured on the Ralph Valdez Show on Sunday, March 11 at 10pm. Click "read more" below for more information and a list of performers.
WDET-FM, Detroit’s National Public Radio station has always been a strong supporter of local music. In an effort to return the favor and support, local musicians will perform at a two night showcase and fundraiser to benefit WDETs’ Spring pledge drive in April.
The station continues to support local music with its nighttime programming schedule. "The Ralph Valdez Show" and "Alternate Takes" are just two of the shows that feature strong local music content.
The following is a list of the dates, times and performers:
