at The Magic Bag in Ferndale this Friday night (Jan 10, 2003). Tripper and Seven Mile Sun will be opening. Editor Mitch will be Master of Ceremonies and asks that you please help us celebrate the release of this important local recording. Doors at 8pm. 18+$10, 21+ $7. Michiganbands.com Guide to a Satisfying Live, Local Musical ExperienceTo get the very most out of your R A D I O C R A F T musical experience this Friday, we at Michiganbands.com suggest you complete the following tasks in order and as soon as possible.
- Read Mitch's review of Radiocraft's [IN STEREO]
- Listen to MP3 samples of Radiocraft's music.
- Visit Radiocraft's Official Webpage to get familiar with the faces who make the music. While you're at it, check out Seven Mile Sun and Tripper too.
- Buy a copy of RADIOCRAFT's [IN STEREO] and listen intently (preferably with headphones at work). The sudden recall of choice musical passages from RADIOCRAFT songs will greatly heighten the pleasure you get from the live performance on Friday. (Of course, you can get your RADIOCRAFT CD there, too, but you'll enjoy it more if you're already familar. )
- Get a map and phone number to The Magic Bag in Ferndale so you don't get lost. Print you directions and put them in your car. Bring your charged cell phone just in case.
- Call your friends and tell them where they will be spending their Friday night. Ask one of them to be the designated driver, buy him/her a small gift to open the night of the show (a RADIOCRAFT T-Shirt or CD comes to mind), and then treat them like Royalty on Friday Night.
- Doors open at 8pm. 18-20yr olds $10, 21 + $7 at the door.
- Sit comfortably, order a drink (provided your over 21), relax and dig the music. You're going to love it.
- If Mitch is the only one brave enough to dance, join him so he doesn't look like a complete idiot. Or buy him a drink and gently steer him off the floor.
Alternate Plan: Just show up at The Magic Bag on Friday, Jan 10th and have a great time. I've heard that works too.
