- Your ad will run for the full term you have selected. We charge a flat rate for
each term and do not charge for impressions or for click through.
- Michigan Bands can not guarantee uptime of our server, however the server is
monitored 24/7 and currently has a better than 99% uptime rating. Unforeseen
circumstances beyond our control may stop delivery of your ad. In the event this
were to occur, Michigan Bands reserves the right to add additional time to your
ad to compensate for lost time or to refund a prorated amount to you for time
lost.
- Due to the variable nature of internet traffic we can not guarantee a specific
number of impressions while your ad is running.
- Each ad space on the Michigan Bands site will be limited to no more than 5
banner ads in rotation for that space. Our ad delivery system will randomize the
display of your ad in a fair and balanced way to ensure that no ad takes
precedence over another ad running in the same space.
